Part time admins assistant/ Receptionist

We are looking to recruit someone who is dedicated, driven and able to provide our clients with a positive customer service experience. They must have previous experience of reception and administration, preferably in a mental health setting and understand the principles of confidentiality and quality customer care.  Candidates should be committed to equal opportunities and able to maintain confidentiality.

Salary: Minimum wage

Type of Contract: Part time. NB this is a temporary three-month contract, the future of this post will depend on funding.

Hours: 20 hours – 9am -1pm Monday to Friday.

Applicant may be required to work a Saturday on a rotation basis and cover annual leave and sickness when required.
